Go Car Advisor provides private automotive advisory services and an advisor portal for client, vehicle, document, and listing workflows.

Information we collect

We may collect contact information, budget and vehicle preferences, trade-in details, uploaded documents, listing URLs, vehicle history links, portal account information, and communications you send to us.

How we use information

We use information to provide advisory services, research vehicles, negotiate and review deals, manage documents, secure the portal, respond to inquiries, improve the website, and comply with legal or security obligations.

Vercel hosting and analytics

The site is hosted on Vercel. If Vercel Web Analytics, Speed Insights, logs, or similar Pro-plan observability tools are enabled, Vercel may process technical data such as page views, referrers, device/browser information, approximate location, IP-derived metadata, performance metrics, and request logs.

Supabase portal and storage

The portal uses Supabase for authentication, database records, row-level security, and private file storage. Advisor-uploaded documents are intended to be private and associated with a client and, when applicable, a specific vehicle listing.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, dealerships, lenders, insurers, vehicle history providers, or logistics partners only as needed to perform requested services or with your direction.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting hello@gocaradvisor.com. Some records may be retained when needed for security, legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
