Terms of Service

Go Car Advisor is an independent vehicle advisory service. We are not a dealership, lender, insurer, legal advisor, tax advisor, or financial advisor.

Services

Services may include vehicle search, listing review, price and history research, negotiation support, document review, logistics guidance, and client portal access. The standard advisory fee displayed on the website is $1,000 unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

No guaranteed outcomes

Vehicle availability, pricing, dealer terms, financing approvals, trade-in values, taxes, fees, recalls, and history reports can change. We do not guarantee savings, availability, financing, vehicle condition, or a specific purchase outcome.

Third-party information

Listings, Carfax/AutoCheck data, dealer websites, lender estimates, Vercel services, Supabase services, and other third-party systems may contain errors or change without notice. You are responsible for reviewing final documents before signing.

Portal use

Portal access is restricted to authorized users. Do not share credentials. Uploaded documents should be relevant to client advisory work and must not violate law or third-party rights.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the advisory service giving rise to the claim.
